CharmPlayKe is designed to empower filmmakers by offering a professional platform to showcase their movies to a global audience. By following these guidelines, you ensure that your content meets our platform's standards and reaches a wider viewership.

Our platform ensures a seamless experience for both filmmakers and viewers through structured content submission, professional quality checks, and effective monetization options.

Things to consider

  • 1. Eligibility for Submission:
    • Own the rights to the submitted content or have proper authorization from the copyright holder.
    • Ensure compliance with all intellectual property laws and licensing agreements.
    • Adhere to content guidelines, including technical quality, legal clearances, and ethical standards.
  • 2. Content Submission Requirements:
    • 2.1 Video Specifications:
      • Resolution: Minimum Full HD (1920x1080), preferred 4K (3840x2160).
      • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (widescreen) or cinematic ratio.
      • Codec: H.264 / HEVC (H.265) optimized for streaming.
      • File Format: MP4, MOV, MKV (no watermarks or advertisements).
      • Audio: Stereo or surround sound, minimum 128kbps AAC or MP3.
      • Subtitles: Optional but recommended (SRT / VTT format for accessibility).
    • 2.2 Poster & Promotional Materials:
      • Main Poster: High-resolution image (1080x1600 pixels minimum).
      • Additional Assets: Optional banners, thumbnails, and promotional stills.
      • Trailer (Recommended): A short teaser (30-90 seconds) to promote the film.
      • Movie Synopsis: A compelling summary (max 300 words) highlighting the storyline.
      • Genre & Tags: Correct classification for better discoverability.
  • 3. Submission & Approval Process:
    • 3.1 Registration & Profile Setup:
      • Filmmakers must create a verified producer account before submission.
      • A complete profile with contact details and licensing information is required.
    • 3.2 Payment for Showcasing:

      • Payment must be completed via approved payment methods before the movie is processed.
    • 3.3 Content Upload & Review:
      • After payment confirmation, filmmakers can upload their movie and required materials.
      • Our content review team evaluates submissions within 5-7 business days.
      • If approved, the movie is scheduled for publishing.
      • If rejected, filmmakers receive feedback with revision recommendations.
  • 4. Content Review & Quality Control:
    • Technical Verification: Ensuring compliance with format, resolution, and sound quality.
    • Content Compliance: Screening for copyright violations, offensive material, or prohibited content.
    • Presentation Review: Evaluating poster quality, descriptions, and metadata accuracy.
    • The platform reserves the right to reject or request modifications for any content that does not meet standards.
  • 5. Content Rights & Licensing:
    • Ownership: The producer retains full intellectual property rights to their movie.
    • Streaming License: By submitting content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to stream, distribute, and promote your movie.
    • Hosting Duration: Movies will remain available for a minimum period unless removed due to policy violations.
    • Exclusive Content Option: Filmmakers may opt for exclusive deals with enhanced revenue-sharing benefits.
  • 6. Revenue Sharing & Payment:
    • Revenue Model: Earnings depend on views, ad revenue, or direct pay-per-view sales.
    • Payouts: Payments are processed monthly based on accumulated earnings.
    • Tax Compliance: Filmmakers must provide tax details for payout processing.
  • 7. Content Removal & Termination:
    • Filmmakers may request removal of their content with prior notice.
    • Content violating policies may be removed without prior notice.
  • 8. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes must be addressed through arbitration or legal mediation.
  • 9. Marketing & Promotion:
    • Filmmakers may opt into promotional campaigns for enhanced visibility.
    • The platform reserves the right to feature selected content in advertisements.
  • 10. Data & Analytics:
    • Filmmakers receive periodic reports on views, earnings, and audience demographics.
  • 11. Platform Responsibilities:
    • Ensure secure hosting and quality streaming services.
    • Maintain fair and transparent policies for all filmmakers.

    • Ensure all submitted content adheres to platform policies.
